    FUEL SUPPLEMENT



    We cover a 15 mile radius, from the centre of Newcastle. There will be a fuel supplement charge of £2.00 per mile outside of the area shown on the map.

    PAYMENT TERMS


    To secure the date and time of your booking, we require a deposit of £40 paid within 7 days of booking confirmation.



    PAYMENT BY CARD



    Deposit and balance payments can be made through our secure payment system online. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking and balances need to be settled 2 working days before the date of your party or event.

    Card payments can also be taken over the phone. 07894 252 667



    PAYMENT BY CHEQUE



    Deposit and balance payments can be made by cheque made payable to Double Decker Den and sent to:
    Double Decker Den, 47 Simonburn Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 9UA.
    Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking and balances need to be settled on the day of your party or event, but only in cash.
    Balance cheques need to be received by us 7 days before in order for funds to clear.



    REFUNDS POLICY


    We offer a full refund in case of cancellation by Double Decker Den due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical failure beyond our control.

    If you need to cancel your party or event please contact us immediately.
    Depending on the circumstances we will do our best to offer you an alternative date, although under normal circumstances you will forfeit your deposit payment.
